Shipping Policy

If you have any questions about an order you have already placed, please email largofinearts@gmail.com. Shipping is free within Japan if your total order is more than ¥5000.

Please be patient with international orders as they can take several weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for delays in transit.

Tracking numbers are only provided on the orders which have been paid with “tracked shipping”. Orders that have been purchased with untracked shipping will not come with a tracking number and often take longer to be delivered (latest is 6 weeks for international deliveries)

RETURN POLICY: At this time we do not accept returns, exchanges or replacements unless for special circumstances such as damage or loss during shipping your order. Please contact us if you are having any issues. 

REFUNDS: Please note that orders that have already been shipped can only be refunded equal to the cost of the print/painting. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

すでにご注文いただいたご注文に関してご質問がある場合は、largofinearts@gmail.com まで電子メールでお問い合わせください。日本国内送料無料です。

海外からのご注文の場合は到着までに数週間かかる場合がございますので、しばらくお待ちください。輸送中の遅延については責任を負いません。

追跡番号は、「追跡付き配送」で支払われた注文にのみ提供されます。追跡なしの発送で購入された注文には追跡番号が付いておらず、多くの場合配達までに時間がかかります (海外配達の場合は最長で 6 週間です)。

返品ポリシー：現時点では、配送中の破損や紛失などの特別な状況を除き、返品、交換は受け付けておりません。何か問題がございましたら、お問い合わせください。

返金: すでに発送された注文については、プリント/ペイントの費用と同額のみ返金されることにご注意ください。送料は返金されません。
